Job Title: Data Protection Lead (Individual Contributor Role)

Experience: 3 to 6 years.

Qualification: B. Tech

Job Location: Hyderabad, Head Quarter

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor DPDP Act compliance programs.
- Conduct privacy impact and data protection assessments.
- Maintain records of personal data processing activities.
- Manage consent, data subject rights requests, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate personal data breach response and reporting.
- Review contracts with vendors and third parties for privacy compliance. Develop privacy policies, notices, and employee awareness programs.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of the DPDP Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules.
- Understanding of privacy frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27701, and ISO 27001.
- Risk assessment and compliance management.
- Data governance and information security concepts.
- Data Security, DSPM, DLP, DAM overview.
- Stakeholder management and regulatory communication.

- No WFH / Hybrid Mode

- Office Timing 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

- All Sundays, 3rd and 4th Saturdays are Holiday.
