- Provide L1 Desktop Support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and desktop environments.
- Perform desktop hardware installation, software deployment, operating system setup, upgrades, and system configuration.
- Conduct regular system maintenance, patch management, updates, and health checks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues while minimizing downtime and ensuring high service availability.
- Deliver timely end-user support through help desk processes, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SLAs.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical procedures using ticketing systems and knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support desktop infrastructure, implement best practices, and improve support processes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer support skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess hands-on experience with Desktop Support, Windows, macOS, Linux, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting, Operating System Administration, Patch Management, Help Desk Support, Ticketing Systems, and Team Collaboration.
- Provide technical support for desktop-related hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other IT systems.
- Perform operating system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless desktop support services.
