Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented BPO Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, scheduling customer meetings, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Attend inbound customer inquiries and explain JSW ONE HOMES' construction services.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and construction plans.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the Sales Managers.




- Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
