Position description: Responsible for Primary Secondary Sales in General Trade

Primary Responsibilities: Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals

Regularly receive Stock/ Sales reports of all outlets in assigned territory continuously analyse sales through performance of product range.

Supervise Distributor operations and personally interact with retail outlet for product presentations

Order bookings and collections from Distributor and Key Accounts

Achieving primary and secondary sales and remittance objectives

Distribution expansion width and depth

Daily updating the secondary sales to ASMs

Merchandizing

Management of RSSM and Trade

Send timely reports to the concerned authorities as per companys policy and guidelines

Reporting market related and competitors activities

New products launch and feed back

Train and develop distributors sales man

Maintain Data Base.

Meeting primary and secondary targets from time to time.
