Assistant / Executive / Senior Executive Contract Logistics (Warehouse Operations)

Position Overview

Yusen Logistics is looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our Contract Logistics (CL) Operations team. As an Assistant / Executive / Senior Executive – Warehouse Operations, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless order fulfilment, and smooth day-to-day warehouse activities. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence while adhering to company standards, safety regulations, and customer service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, dispatch, and distribution.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, stock rotation, and reconciliation activities.
- Create and maintain inventory records, shipment documentation, and warehouse reports.
- Assist in implementing inventory control systems, warehouse processes, and operational best practices.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, transport partners, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational SOPs, and safety standards.
- Support warehouse staff through effective coordination, scheduling, and operational guidance.
- Coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure operational readiness.




- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Contract Logistics.
- Prior experience in a 3PL/Contract Logistics workplace is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or other ERP platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume warehouse workplace.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Open to travel at short notice and relocate based on business or project requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling high-volume warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, dispatch planning, and warehouse documentation.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and process compliance.
