- Support daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and Cross Dock (XD) processes.
- Ensure accurate inventory transactions and effective use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Coordinate shift activities, manpower allocation, and operational workflow.
- Monitor operational KPIs and support productivity improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and 5S practices.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements.
- Maintain operational records and prepare MIS reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2?4 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and WMS.
- Valuable communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
