Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with government agencies for approvals, licenses, and permits required for real estate projects.
- Manage land acquisitions by coordinating with vendors from identification to closure,, conducting site visits, and ensuring timely possession of acquired lands.
- Prepare necessary documents for land registration and obtain required approvals from relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle according to RERA and other relevant laws.
- Develop strong relationships with local bodies, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-9 years of experience in Government Liaison & Land Acquisition or related field.
- Robust understanding of land acquisition procedures, including due diligence checks and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with government officials at various levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify potential risks and opportunities during property valuations.
