Role & responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SD processes:
- Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management

- Perform requirement gathering, AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, and solution design
- Prepare functional specifications and support business validation

WRICEF Expertise

- End-to-end handling of WRICEF objects:
- Workflows: Approval and automation processes
- Reports: Custom and analytical reporting (ALV)
- Interfaces: IDOC, API, and third-party integrations
- Conversions: Data migration (LSMW / tools)
- Enhancements: User exits, BADIs
- Forms: SmartForms / Adobe Forms

- Work closely with ABAP team for development, testing, and delivery
- Ensure quality, performance, and compliance of developments

Project & Support Delivery

- Deliver CRs, enhancements, and bug fixes within defined SLA
- Provide production support with focus on business continuity (month-end support)
- Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues





Integration & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with FI, MM, PP, and external systems (C4C/CRM)
- Ensure seamless integration across modules and systems
- Engage with business stakeholders for clarifications and solution alignment

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain project documentation (BRD, FS, Test Scripts)
- Ensure adherence to LTTS quality, audit, and SAP standards

Required Skills

- Strong SAP SD configuration knowledge (OTC cycle)
- Hands-on experience in WRICEF lifecycle
- Knowledge of IDOCs,output determination, and enhancements
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and RCA capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills

- Experience in S/4HANA projects
- Exposure to Fiori applications
- Knowledge of FSCM / Advanced Pricing

Experience in rollout / upgrade projects
