Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the weekly reports, Reagent Trackers, shipment files, data files, and other data base files are sent to client in a timely manner.
Supports in continuous improvement of project Management function.
Good Understanding of Project Management system in the CRO.
Proactive accomplishment of experimental, SD and DB files as per project needs.
Supporting PTLs in the preparation of all other project related documents (trackers, meeting minutes, Chemical Inventory, Intermediates and Shipment Documents, Medchem Trackers), RM tracking, shipment Tracking etc.
Broad Understanding of the cross functional Department to meet the Project Management requirement.
Key Competencies (Technical, Functional Behavioral):
Technical Functional:
Well versed with MS office (PowerPoint, excel in particular), handling MS teams, Zoom calls.
Positive communication skill (writing / speaking)
