Responsibilities

- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare and submit project proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure project compliance with all legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Supervise junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and ensure the quality of engineering output across the team.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure, construction,



or related sectors.
- Solid knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and other engineering design tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in client and stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with building codes, engineering standards, and safety protocols.

Nice to Have (Skills)
- Professional engineering certification or licensure (PE).
- Experience in project management methodologies or tools such as Agile or PRINCE2.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
- Knowledge of structural design or geotechnical applications.
