Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Test Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in Playwright to join our Quality Engineering team. This is a pure automation role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks for modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in end-to-end web automation, reusable test framework development, CI/CD integration, and automation reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design,



develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Develop reusable automation libraries,utilities, and page object models to improve test maintainability.
- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Analyze test execution results, troubleshoot failures, and provide detailed reporting and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure high software quality.
- Optimize test execution for reliability,performance, and faster feedback cycles.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks by adopting industry best practices and modern testing approaches.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards for automation scripts.

Must have:

- 7–10 years of overall QA experience with a strong focus on test automation.
- Expert-level experience with Playwright for end-to-end web automation.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript (TypeScript preferred).
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
- Hands-on experience in creating reusable automation components and utilities.
- Experience integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent communication and collaboration
