We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of residential construction project. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, execution, quality control, contractor management, budgeting, and timely delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete execution of residential construction project from planning to handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve construction-related issues.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
- Review contractor bills and certify work completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Manage project costs and optimize resources without compromising quality.
- Coordinate statutory approvals and compliance with local authorities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
- Lead and mentor site engineers and project teams.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality expectations.
