- Design, develop, and maintain Python backend services (microservices/APIs) using up-to-date frameworks (e.g., FastAPI / Flask) and RESTful integration patterns.
- Own end-to-end delivery to production: build, test, release, deploy, and operate services in live environments.
- Implement secure coding practices, authentication/authorization patterns, and API security controls aligned to enterprise standards.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including quality gates (tests, scans, approvals).
- Manage vulnerabilities end-to-end: dependency hygiene, SAST/DAST/container scanning, remediation, and secure image hardening.
- Containerize services and deploy to Kubernetes using standard deployment patterns (rolling updates, health checks, autoscaling).
- Support Kubernetes operations: deployments, configuration management,



cluster interaction/troubleshooting, and environment promotion.
- Implement observability: structured logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerting; participate in incident triage and root-cause analysis.
- Apply SRE practices (runbooks, SLIs/SLOs, error budgets where applicable) to improve reliability and reduce toil.
- Write and maintain automated tests (unit/integration/contract) and embed them into pipelines.
- Use Git effectively: branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative development.
- Leverage developer productivity tooling (including GitHub Copilot) responsibly to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality and security.
