Job Summary:
Looking for a Regional Functional SME specializing in Operations Finance and R2R processes to support enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives. The candidate will drive operational finance process optimization and data migration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Operations Finance process transformation initiatives.
- Serve as the primary SME for regional finance operations.
- Define future-state operating models and process improvements.
- Support ERP deployment and finance modernization programs.
- Manage financial data migration activities from legacy systems.
- Validate migrated data and ensure data quality standards.
- Coordinate with business users, finance teams, and technical teams.
- Support testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Identify risks and mitigation plans related to finance transformation.
Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of Operations Finance and R2R experience.
- Strong understanding of Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning.
- ERP implementation experience.
- Mandatory Data Migration experience.
- Experience in data cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).
- Shared Services Transformation.
