Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Functional SME with deep expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and large-scale ERP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of financial operations, data migration, process standardization, and stakeholder management across global regions.

Key Responsibilities:





- Act as the Regional Subject Matter Expert for R2R processes.
- Lead finance transformation and ERP implementation initiatives.
- Drive process harmonization and standardization across regions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Support end-to-end data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Define business rules and controls for financial data migration.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and cutover activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, and Program Management teams.

Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years of Finance and R2R experience.
- Strong expertise in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Month-End Close, Financial Reporting.
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, S/4HANA, Dynamics 365).
- Mandatory experience in Data Migration projects.
- Data validation, reconciliation, and master data governance experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation.
- Blackline, OneStream, Hyperion.
- Global Shared Services experience.
