- Provide technical support to customers on Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configuration, customization, and troubleshooting guides for various modules within the EBS suite.
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to improve process efficiency and share best practices across the team.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience as a Technical Specialist or similar role supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Robust understanding of Configuration Management principles and ability to apply them effectively in an IT environment.
- Experience working with multiple modules within the EBS suite, including Finance & Procurement, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management etc.
