In this role, you will design, develop, and customize enterprise-grade Order Management Systems (OMS) while working efficiently within project budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

- OMS Development: Design and implement robust solutions using IBM Sterling OMS.
- Customization: Extend and customize Sterling OMS components to meet business workflows.
- System Integration: Connect Sterling OMS with enterprise middleware and third-party systems.
- Call Center Support: Configure and support IBM Sterling Call Center applications.
- CI/CD Management:



Utilize IBM CoC Self-Service tools for smooth CI/CD pipeline deployments.
- Testing & Debugging: Build, test, and debug APIs using SOAPUI, Eclipse, and XML/JSON formats.

Preferred candidate profile :
• 6+ years of IBM Sterling OMS (v9.x/v10.x) development experience
• Experience with IBM Sterling Call Center
• Knowledge of IBM CoC Self Service Tool CICD Pipeline
• Solid Java/J2EE development experience• Hands-on experience with SOA, XML, REST, JSON
• Experience with Eclipse IDE, SoapUI• Experience with relational databases
• Sterling OMS implementation and customization experience
• Integration experience with enterprise systems
• Experience with source code management tools
• Middleware technologies experience• Excellent communication skills
