- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve the QEMS as per ISO 9001 or customer-specific standards (MR).
- Prepare and update quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and control all QA-related documentation and records.
- Prepare monthly quality performance reports and present to management.
- Ensure traceability and proper document retention as per ISO standards.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools (7 QC tools, FMEA, SPC, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Leadership and team management capability.
Preferred candidate profile : Experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industry. Especially in mass production Lines.
