- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record keeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and fund utilization across projects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and donor guidelines.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audit processes.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and project accounts on a regular basis.
- Prepare financial reports and utilization statements for funders and donor agencies.
- Liaise with funders and respond to financial queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Work closely with program teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications
- MBA in Finance
Experience
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience in the development sector, NGO, or donor-funded projects is desirable but not mandatory.
