We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable & Financial Reporting qualified to manage end-to-end payable operations while ensuring timely preparation of financial statements and statutory compliance. Candidates with prior experience in the Civil Construction, Infrastructure, or Healthcare industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Accounting Experience (Preferred)

- Experience in accounting for civil construction projects, including project-wise accounting and cost tracking.
- Manage accounting for capital expenditure (CapEx) related to hospital construction and infrastructure projects.
- Verify and process contractor bills, RA (Running Account) bills, subcontractor invoices, and work completion certifications.
- Monitor project budgets, construction costs, and expenditure against approved estimates.
- Maintain project-wise cost allocation and ensure accurate accounting of materials, labour, and contractor payments.
- Reconcile contractor accounts, retention money, security deposits, advances,



and final settlements.
- Coordinate with the Projects, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams for timely invoice processing and payment releases.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, statutory deductions (GST, TDS), and internal financial controls.
- Support project audits, statutory audits, and preparation of project-related financial reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, and Construction Accounting.
- Experience in Civil Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Real Estate, or Hospital Construction Projects will be highly preferred.
- Exposure to accounting for hospital infrastructure expansion, building projects, or engineering contracts will be an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications such as CA Inter or CMA (Inter/Qualified) will be preferred.
