Job Title: Team Lead Hospital Billing (Inpatient Services)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 7+ Years (Min. 2 Years in Team Handling)

Eligibility : Team Lead on papers is mandate

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Hospital Billing Inpatient (UB04) to lead a team and ensure smooth end-to-end billing operations, quality compliance, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Inpatient Hospital Billing (UB04) process
- Supervise day-to-day billing activities & ensure timely claim submission
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards & productivity targets
- Monitor charge capture accuracy, coding coordination & billing edits
- Handle escalations, rejections & work closely with AR team




- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports & dashboards
- Train, mentor & manage team performance

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of UB04 billing & Inpatient workflows
- Good understanding of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10 & payer guidelines
- Experience in handling billing edits, claim rejections & compliance checks
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as Team Lead
- Solid communication & team management skills

Preferred:

- Experience handling US healthcare clients
- Exposure to multiple specialties in hospital billing
