Primary Responsibilities:
Support PLM implementation projects.
Participate in requirement gathering and solution demonstrations.
Assist in presales activities, customer presentations, and product walkthroughs.
Prepare functional documentation and provide end-user support.

Key Responsibilities
- Support PLM implementation projects from requirement gathering through deployment.
- Participate in client discussions to understand business requirements.
- Assist in solution demonstrations and product walkthroughs.
- Support presales activities, including customer presentations and proof of concepts.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process documents.
- Provide end-user support, user training, and post-implementation assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
