Job Summary

Lore Resort & Convention is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, statutory compliance, attendance management, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel and restaurant operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Kitchen, Banquets, Engineering, Security, and Administration.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and complete onboarding and induction formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the Finance department.




- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and labour laws.
- Maintain employee personnel files, HR records, and documentation.
- Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Address employee grievances and support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Organize training, orientation, and performance appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment reports, and monthly manpower reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour regulations, and hospitality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Valuable understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
