Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Assistant Manager Branding to strengthen the brand presence of our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in branding, advertising, campaign management, and marketing communications. Preference will be given to candidates from reputed Real Estate Developers or Advertising Agencies in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Branding & Marketing

- Develop and execute branding strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan and implement ATL, BTL, and digital branding campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.

- Campaign Management

- Coordinate with advertising agencies, creative teams, and media partners.
- Manage print, outdoor, digital, radio, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives.

- Creative & Content Management

- Review and approve creative concepts, brochures, hoardings, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate photo shoots, videos,



project branding, and marketing collaterals.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all communications.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

- Liaise with advertising agencies, printers, event partners, and vendors.
- Coordinate with internal Sales, CRM, Projects, and Management teams for marketing requirements.

- Budget & Reporting

- Manage branding budgets and marketing expenditures.
- Track campaign effectiveness and prepare MIS reports and ROI analysis.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Branding & Marketing.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Real Estate Developers or Advertising Agencies in Hyderabad.
- Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, Brand Communication, and Campaign Management.
- Experience in vendor management, media planning, and creative coordination.
- Positive communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
