- 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Proven experience in Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
- Hands-on experience sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other job portals.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Valuable understanding of various IT technologies and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Experience working with clients, hiring managers, and vendors is an added advantage.
