- Skilled in CAESP / Workload Automation for job scheduling, batch processing, failure handling, and dependency management in critical production environments.




- Experienced in Big Data Production Support integrated with ITSM processes, supporting highvolume, missioncritical systems.
- Demonstrated ability in Major Incident Management, coordinating crossfunctional teams, ensuring effective communication, rapid restoration of services, and postincident reviews.
- Robust working knowledge of SQL and AWS services, with handson production support experience in the Banking Domain, adhering to regulatory, security, and compliance standards.
- Adept at working in 24x7 support environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational excellence.
