Job Role: Customer Support & Sales Executive (International Voice Process)

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and driving sales through outbound/inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Pitch products/services and drive sales conversions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction




- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs
- Update customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: 01 Year (Freshers can apply)
- Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Gender Preference: Female Candidates
- Strong communication skills in English (neutral/accented)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in international shifts

Compensation:

- Freshers: 20,000 – 25,000 per month
- 6 Months – 1 Year Experience: Up to 30,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives (if applicable)

Work Details:

- 5 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts (International Process)
- Weekly Offs as per roster
