Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Techno-Functional Manager who can effectively bridge business requirements with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, drive digital transformation initiatives, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Provide techno-functional expertise in system integrations, data migration, and automation
- Oversee customization using Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs
- Drive solution architecture, ensuring best practices and governance standards
- Mentor and lead teams of developers, admins, and analysts
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability




- Engage with senior leadership to align Salesforce strategy with business goals

Required Skills Qualifications:
- 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem
- Solid expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and client engagement
- Deep understanding of business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Scrum)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer, Architect) preferred

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Copado, etc.)
- Exposure to enterprise architecture and data governance
