Job Description:

We are hiring Bilingual Customer Support Executives (German & English)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support in both German and English through voice and written communication.
- Handle customer queries efficiently while ensuring high service quality.
- Translate emails, documents, and customer communications between German and English.
- Assist in preparing bilingual business communications and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure language accuracy and seamless customer experience.
- Manage multilingual correspondence and support ongoing business operations.
- Eligibility Criteria:

- German language proficiency of B2 level or above.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- Minimum 6 months of customer support or relevant experience.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
- Willing to Relocate can apply
- Fresher are also Eligible.
