We are looking for experienced Project Managers / Senior Project Managers with solid expertise in executing high-rise Fire Protection System projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pump Room, and Fire Alarm coordination, along with project planning, billing, client management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete FPS project execution from BOQ stage to Testing, Commissioning, NOC, and Handover.
- Manage multiple high-rise residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely completion and productivity targets.
- Drive project planning, execution monitoring, milestone tracking, and constraint resolution.
- Ensure effective manpower deployment, productivity management, and resource optimization.
- Coordinate material planning, procurement follow-up, inventory control, and consumption tracking.
- Ensure quality compliance through inspections, checklists, documentation, and snag closure.
- Drive safety compliance through toolbox talks, PPE adherence, work permits, and incident reporting.
- Coordinate with design teams for approved drawings, RFIs, revisions, and technical clarifications.
- Manage JMS/RAB preparation, measurements, client approvals, billing readiness, and invoice closure.
- Conduct client meetings,



progress reviews, escalations, and project handover activities.
- Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors, fitters, welders, and riggers to improve project performance.
- Monitor WIP, wastage control, floor-wise reconciliation, and billing conversion.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in FPS project execution.
- Strong experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Hands-on exposure to Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pump Room, Testing & Commissioning activities.
- Must have experience in handling Own manpower.
- Practical knowledge of JMS, RAB, measurements, billing processes, and client certifications.
- Strong planning, leadership, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, teams, and client interfaces simultaneously.
