We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Emergency Staff Nurse (ER Nurse) to provide immediate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling medical emergencies, performing rapid patient assessments, and working effectively in a rapid-paced environment while ensuring excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide immediate and effective emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize treatment based on the severity of the patient's condition (Triage).
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to changes in their medical condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, blood products, and emergency treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures, trauma care, resuscitation,



and patient stabilization.
- Operate and monitor emergency medical equipment, including cardiac monitors, defibrillators, ventilators, infusion pumps, and ECG machines.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient assessments, treatments, medications, and progress.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Participate in emergency response drills, continuing education, and professional development programs
