Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT service management needs and develop solutions using ServiceNow platform.
- Design, implement, and maintain ITSM processes on the ServiceNow platform to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use the implemented solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.

Job Requirements :

- 6-9 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Solid understanding of BRD (Business Requirement Document) creation and requirement gathering techniques.
- Experience working with ServiceNow platform as a Business Analyst Consultant is required.
