Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with experience in building scalable, distributed applications using Python, Apache Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python.
- Build and support event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Create containerized applications using Docker.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters.
- Implement scalable and fault-tolerant architectures.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Work with DevOps teams to automate CI/CD pipelines.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and maintain code quality.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.

Mandatory Skills

Programming

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with frameworks such as:
- FastAPI
- Flask
- Django

Messaging & Streaming

- Robust experience with:
- Apache Kafka
- Kafka Producers and Consumers
- Kafka Connect
- Schema Registry

Preferred Skill

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Understanding of distributed systems and messaging patterns.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as:
- Prometheus
- Grafana

- Knowledge of security best practices in containerized environments.
