Job Title : Manager - TCAS Projects

Experience : 10 - 15 Years

Business area : Electronics Group - Railway signalling

Key responsibilities for designing role

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the TCAS project and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development team, Testing team and I&C; teams.
- Monitor the integration and alignment of TCAS design files and configuration files with project requirements
- Monitoring efficiency and performance of Engineering and IV&V; teams
- To ensure adherence to laid procedures in Project Engineering and Testing team
- Represent the project status in review meetings
- Coordination between railway team and Project Engineering team

Qualifications:

- BTech/AMIE/MTech (Any branch), Degree in Railway Engineering
- 6 -10 years of experience in Railway Signalling systems, safety systems with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
- Must have experience in understanding Railway SIP, TOC and relay wiring diagrams
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience overseeing cross-functional teams
- Experience with TCAS/Kavach systems is highly desirable
