- Freshers: 13,000 16,000 per month (First 3 Months)
- Experienced (3 Months – 1 Year): Salary with 15%+ hike on current CTC (based on interview performance and current salary)
- Performance-based salary revision from the 4th month onwards

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Coordinate with hiring managers to close open positions
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English
