Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and walk-in customers.
- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, budget, and interior design requirements.
- Conduct site visits and gather project measurements and requirements.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare concepts, layouts, and quotations.
- Present design proposals and explain products, materials, timelines, and pricing.
- Negotiate and close interior design projects while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until project confirmation.
- Ensure a seamless handover from sales to project execution.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals.
- Update customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, finishes, and competitor offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

- Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 14 years of experience in Interior Design, Modular Furniture, Construction, Real Estate, Home Improvement, or Luxury Retail Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a consultative selling approach.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of residential interior design and space planning is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
