Job Purpose

To drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization by implementing and sustaining world-class management systems, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, TPM, and TQM. The role will be responsible for enhancing process efficiency, quality performance, customer satisfaction, and organizational competitiveness in the Electric Commercial Vehicle manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management Systems

- Lead implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and automotive quality standards.
- Coordinate internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
- Drive closure of audit findings through effective CAPA implementation.

Business Excellence & Continuous Improvement

- Develop and deploy Business Excellence frameworks across manufacturing and support functions.
- Facilitate Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, Poka-Yoke, and Value Stream Mapping initiatives.
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Productivity.

TPM & Operational Excellence

- Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation and pillar deployment.
- Improve OEE, machine reliability, and equipment availability.
- Drive autonomous maintenance and planned maintenance activities.





TQM Deployment

- Promote Total Quality Management culture across all functions.
- Facilitate Quality Circles, Employee Suggestion Schemes, and cross-functional improvement projects.
- Drive customer-centric quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree / MBA preferred.
- Certifications in Lead Auditor (IATF 16949/ISO 9001), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.

Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in Automotive or Electric Vehicle Manufacturing.
- Proven experience in implementing and sustaining ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, TPM, and TQM.
- Experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
