We re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI and analytics division. You ll be building real-world models for computer vision, NLP, and geospatial intelligence that drive Technowell s smart solutions across government and enterprise sectors.

- Develop, train, and deploy ML models for vision, text, and structured data problems
- Work with image datasets from drones, CCTV, and satellites for object detection and segmentation
- Build NLP models for classification, summarization, and chat-based retrieval
- Collaborate with data engineers and frontend teams for end-to-end ML pipelines
- Conduct model evaluation, tuning, and documentation for production readiness

- 3+ years of hands-on ML experience in Python
- Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Knowledge of computer vision (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, OpenCV)



and NLP (transformers, LLMs)
- Understanding of data preprocessing, versioning, and MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC)
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field

- Experience in GIS/Remote sensing ML applications
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Contributions to open-source or published ML research
