We are looking for a skilled and passionate Industrial Automation Trainer with 2-6 years of experience in industrial automation technologies. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Siemens PLC programming, TIA Portal, SCADA, and HMI development. The role involves training students/freshers and supporting them with practical industrial automation knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on Industrial Automation concepts and applications.
- Provide hands-on training in:
- Siemens PLC Programming
- TIA Portal
- SCADA Development
- HMI Development
- Design practical assignments, projects, and training materials.
- Guide trainees on real-time industrial automation applications.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
- Support students in troubleshooting PLC,
SCADA, and HMI-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs.
- Expertise in TIA Portal programming and configuration.
- Knowledge of SCADA and HMI development.
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols.
- Valuable presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to train and mentor freshers/students effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Instrumentation, or related fields.
- Certification in Industrial Automation will be an added advantage.
Experience Required:
25 years of relevant industrial automation experience.
