- 2 - 3 Reporting to take care of TA and Employee Engagement
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for the zone
- Build a solid quality talent pipeline and ensure high-quality hires with a focus on reducing infant attrition and improving early employee productivity.
- Partner with business leaders to maintain overall employee attrition within defined organizational targets through proactive engagement and retention initiatives.
- Lead manpower planning and ensure 100% across all business channels and New branch expansions
- closure of positions within (TAT)
- Track recruitment and HR metrics, prepare MIS reports, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, recruitment processes, and statutory requirements, representation on behalf of the Organisation Labour Court case.
