We are seeking a motivated and resultsoriented intern with strong communication skills and proficiency with job portals and social media recruitment channels. Candidate must own a laptop, phone, and have a reliable internet connection.

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple clients across different industries.

2. Source candidates using job portals, social media, and other online/offline resources.

3. Build and maintain a candidate database for ongoing and future hiring needs.

4. Conduct initial screening and assess candidates' qualifications based on client requirements.

5. Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

6. Meet monthly/quarterly recruitment targets, ensuring client satisfaction and timely fulfilment of open positions.

Preferred candidate profile

HR Graduate /Any HR Specialisation course with valuable communication & presentation skills.
