About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Coordinator to support our Exports Division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation for international markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to support export sales activities.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in international business and exports.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified international leads through online research, trade portals, LinkedIn, company databases, and other digital platforms.
- Identify potential distributors, contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end-users across global markets.
- Build and maintain a structured database of prospects in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Export Sales team for lead qualification and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documentation.
- Respond to customer enquiries and ensure timely communication with international clients.
- Assist in order processing, documentation, and coordination with production and logistics teams.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, customer interactions, and sales reports.
- Support participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business development activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new countries, industries, and business opportunities.





Mandatory Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, business development support, or export sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation is mandatory.
- Excellent internet research skills and proficiency in LinkedIn and online B2B platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to export documentation or international business processes.
- Experience with trade databases such as Volza , Import Yeti, Panjiva, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple departments.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in international sales.
