About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Electrical Engineering Functional Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team focused on the development of innovative power electronics products. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineering leader who enjoys building teams, driving innovation, and delivering world-class products from concept to commercialization.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Electrical & Power Electronics Engineers.
- Drive end-to-end product development, ensuring quality, timely delivery and technical excellence.
- Provide technical leadership in Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, Analog & Digital Hardware Design, and Control Systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute product roadmaps and business objectives.
- Manage engineering resources, project priorities, technical risks, and team performance.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration,



continuous learning, engineering excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Power Electronics product development.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams.
- Robust expertise in designing products such as UPS, Solar Inverters, EV Chargers, Power Distribution Units (PDU), AC/DC Drives, or Power Quality Solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, Power Electronics Controls, Analog & High-Speed Digital Design, and communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, USB, and Serial.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
