Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment of blue collar/workforce employees for jewellery manufacturing operations.
- Source candidates through job portals, local vendors, employee referrals, consultants, and field hiring drives.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle joining formalities, employee onboarding, and induction.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation, personnel files, and joining records.
- Coordinate with production departments to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports.
- Ensure timely completion of background verification and document collection.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth employee onboarding.
- Support HR operations related to workforce management as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Must be based in Jaipur or willing to work from Jaipur.
- Prior experience in jewellery manufacturing companies will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
