Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Pre-Primary section.
- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Guide, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to maintain high educational standards.
- Monitor student development and ensure a safe, positive, and child-friendly environment.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Build strong relationships with parents and address their concerns professionally.
- Organize school events, activities, and parent engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with school policies,



procedures, and educational standards.
- Manage admissions, student retention, and overall operational efficiency of the section.
- Collaborate with management to achieve academic and organizational goals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong knowledge of preschool pedagogy and child development principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in school administration and parent relationship management.
