- Partner with assigned Axis Bank branches to promote and sell life insurance products, aligning with the bank's sales strategies and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Branch Managers, staff, and customers to facilitate insurance product sales and service delivery.
- Identify and engage potential customers within the bank's clientele to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company, monitoring and reporting on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Ensure all insurance sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for product enhancement and sales growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in life insurance sales, with a solid understanding of banking operations and product offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,
or a related field; relevant certifications or licenses in insurance sales are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
- Proven sales skills with a customer-centric approach, and proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Familiarity with banking processes and regulations related to insurance sales, along with knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
