Location: Sanwer, Indore

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement activities for an Injectable Manufacturing Plant / Large Volume Parenteral (LVP) facility. The candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring uninterrupted availability of materials required for production.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, engineering items, and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
- Ensure timely procurement in line with production and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Stores,



and Finance teams.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of procurement experience in Injectable Pharma Plants and/or LVP manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical procurement processes and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems will be an added advantage.
