Job Summary

Kaptronics is looking for enthusiastic and talented Electronics Engineers with a strong foundation in Analog Electronics and Power Electronics Design. The selected candidate will be involved in the design, simulation, testing, validation, and development of analog circuits, power converters, protection systems, and embedded hardware for railway and industrial applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on advanced technologies alongside experienced engineers in a dynamic R&D; environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and test analog electronic circuits and power converter systems.




- Design protection circuits for power electronics and electrical systems.
- Develop digitally controlled power converters and implement various control algorithms.
- Perform hardware testing, debugging, validation, and performance optimization.
- Work on motor drives, transformers, sensors, and electromagnetic products.
- Collaborate with embedded software engineers for hardware and firmware integration.
- Use laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, programmable power supplies, and other electronic test equipment.
- Prepare technical documentation, design reports, test procedures, and validation reports.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable industry standards.
- Support existing products through troubleshooting and design improvements.
- Participate in product development reviews and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Analog Electronics and Operational Amplifier (Op-Amp) circuits.
- Good understanding of Power Electronics and various power converter topologies.
- Knowledge of Control Theory and Digital Control Systems.
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, SPICE, or similar simulation tools.




- Ability to read electrical schematics and component datasheets.
- Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and power supplies.
- Understanding of electrical safety practices and ESD protection.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of ARM-based Microcontrollers and Embedded Systems.
- Exposure to Industrial Automation and IoT applications.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or scripting languages.
- Familiarity with ISO, IEC, and other industrial standards.
- Passion for learning new technologies and continuous improvement.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
