Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 3 to 6 months of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, and resume screening, along with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate technical interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Eligibility

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Naukri Resdex or LinkedIn sourcing.
- Understanding of IT technologies such as Java, Python, Testing, .NET, Embedded, Cloud, or Full Stack (preferred but not mandatory).
