- Execute development activities in compliance with customer requirements.
- Lead and coordinate the embedded software development efforts for Cluster projects.
- Prepare and oversee L3 resource planning, effort management, risk management,
and effort estimations for projects.
- Facilitate and actively participate in quality meetings to ensure compliance with standards and project objectives.
- Perform requirements analysis, design, development, integration, and testing of development products.
- Ensure the functionality of Instrument Panel Clusters conforms to customer specifications by respecting the Software Development Process and methodology (CMMI/ASPICE).
- Apply AUTOSAR standards and methodologies in the development process.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project activities. Responsible for Development Testing activities of HMI in Cluster projects.
